The 14th International Week at the University College of Teacher Education Styria was a big success: 22 international guests from Portugal, Czech Republic, Greece, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Ireland, United Kingdom, Austria and Switzerland taught more than 500 local students during the International Week from May 4th until May 8th.
Highlights of the week were the official opening by keynote speaker Jon White, UK about 21st century skills and a variaty of interesting courses taught by the international lecturers. Our Erasmus incoming students presented their home countries, universities and did an amusing quiz in Workshops.
Roundtable talks with the administration, a scientific networking meeting with PHD students, the PEERS project presentation, the amazing Pub Science evening and an additional social and cultural programme were also highlights of the international week.
The International Week offered great chances to all participants to talk about international projects and exchange ideas concerning teaching future teachers.
