My Experience

Hello everyone! My name is Eugenia, I am 21 years old and I come from Greece.

Since the beginning of October I am in Graz doing my internship at Pädagogische Hochschule Steiermark in the Institute of Diversity Studies and International Relations.

It`s my second time in Graz since one year ago I was here as an erasmus student! My experience during the semester that I spend here was unforgettable. I had the chance to meet a lot of amazing people, get very useful knowledge and most importantly I had the chance to widen my horizons. This experience was life changing for me thus, I decided to come back.

About me:

I was born and raised in a very small and unique island at the southern part of Greece which is called Kythira. It has beaches with crystal clear blue water and a lot of green forests. I loved growing up there and I am always looking forward to going back and meet with people I love. Since I finished school, I moved to Athens so that I could study at the University of Peloponnese. My department is focused in Social and Educational Policy and I am now finishing my studies.

About my internship:

On my internship, I am responsible for the incoming students and I also do other tasks in the office. My experience in the office so far is very pleasant. People here are very friendly and the working environment is so positive that it makes me feel like home. I have only been here for 2 weeks so far but I am sure that this will be a one in a lifetime experience for me.
